The bottles will be taken into filler by conveyor, the dia plate will turn each bottle to be put on standing pole, with driven energy of motor, the standing pole will go up and down as main axis.
on the way bottles go up, The vacuum button on the liquid tank are turned on by the gear;
At that time the air exhauster of the machine start the working, it exhaust all the air inside the glass bottles, to creat the vacuum situation insde the glass bottles;
The NanQing valves on the liquid tank can be turned on after the exhaust for bottle finished, at that time, the filling heads turn on for beer filling inside the vacuum glass bottles;
After the filling finished, the another button beside the vacuum button can be turned on, at that time the sucker working to exhaust the redundant CO2 inside the glass bottle to make sure the same pressure than the outside, and then all works stop after the filling heads get out of the glass bottles, the filling process finished, and then filled bottles get out of the machine through the star wheel turning over;
There are 2 suits of valve open-close systems in the filling tank to make twice bottle air vacuum to reduce as much air in the bottle, also it can take away the foam before capping, then Oxygen content inside bottle will be less than 0.15 mg O2/l;
The whole machine is made of SUS304. The filling head is spring type without dead angel, no dripping. Easy for clean and maintenance. The holding clap model is suitable for all bottles with same bottle neck, it is easy for change bottle shape and volumes.
