Description of Auto powder milk vacuum sealer / seamer for cans filling machine
The machine is an automatic vacuum seaming machine developed by our company especially for canning factories to produce tinplate cans. It has simpler structure and more convenient adjustment when compares with the original models.
The hook joint seaming of cap and can made be the machine is like other single curling and seaming. First through pre-sealing, and then through the seaming operations of the primary and secondary sealing wheels, the turned edge of the can and the hooked edge of the cap realize hook joint, superposition and bending. After pressing and sealing, the close five-layer tinplate seaming is formed.
Among them, the primary sealing wheel mainly aims to achieve good bending and hook joint of the turned edge of the can and the hooked edge of the cap when they are under the situation of superposition. The second sealing wheel is to carry out pressing and sealing following the forming of the primary seaming. The symmetrical primary and secondary structure makes the sealing quality of the big can more stable. Equipped with the vacuum system, it can vacuumize the can with the exhaust box, so that the product costs are reduced and the shelf life of the can is prolonged.
